The Art Pollution Kit

Maybe think of a small device, a little box, with some wires sticking out, and connect it to your computer. You can find an instant measuring of temperature, humidity, air pressure, light, air and ozone quality, wind speed, and the position you are at, or the direction you are walking into. Or whatever you can add to it. And you start to make sense of it by visualizing it gradually in patterns and shapes, or sonifying it into whirling hissing sounds. But then other people may be doing the same. So you can figure out how to cover a small area. From one room to a park. An obsolete country. An area as large as an ocean. Or as small as the area you occupy when you are standing upright in a boat, going across the river. Somebody is crossing the Vltava, Danube, Schelde. The Art Pollution Kit is a piece, strapping some open source and ready available hard/software and giving a readout, and a connection to create a field and make you think of different ways of building something creatively together. Oh Michal, we started long time ago, with some simple connected stuff, then built some installations and did some concerts, but don't you think this develops into another beauty. One we hardly can predict, maybe we try to change the nature of presenting things, and both hate to be told that it is a process and not a result. Because we have a 1000 trillion results or more, but want to show them in a sensible way (ai that is our problem olala). Let's try for a while and take it as far as we both can.
